Our Installation Process Includes
THOROUGH SURFACE PREPERATION
To start, we use a mix of soap and water to effectively remove dirt, a clay bar to remove contamination, then finish off with a 70% Isopropyl Alcohol solution for optimal surface adhesion. This includes extra care on key areas such as edges, corners, and recesses.
PRECISION APPLICATION
Our certified installers carefully apply each wrap to ensure it fits perfectly to the vehicle’s body lines and contours. This process requires a high level of skill as to ensure there are no bubbles, wrinkles, or imperfections in the finish. Once the main surface is applied, the film is precisely tucked and trimmed to fit each panel using various tools. Once trimming is completed, we utilize a heat gun and a thermometer to ensure a proper post heat temperature to ensure vinyl is adhered properly.
FINAL INSPECTION
Before presenting a vehicle to our client, we conduct a very detailed inspection to guarantee a flawless finish and complete customer satisfaction.
